Best Price Guarantee applies if the following conditions are met:
1. The reservation has been made through www.www.Jazhotels.com for any of the properties of Jaz Hotel Group and a confirmation number has been issued.
2. The lower rate must be found at the same date and time of making the booking on www.jazhotels.com.
3. The claim must be filed within 24 hours following a confirmation of your booking, and no later than 48 hours before the planned arrival date at the hotel.
4. Should be for the same hotel and/or the same room type, the same number of occupants per room, the same arrival and departure dates and time or for the same rate rules (i.e., refundable non-
refundable, including advance payments, deposit policies, etc.
5. A room offered at the lower public rate should be calculated in an identical manner, on the same basis of the total stay cost (taxes, VAT, services)
Best Price Guarantee does not apply if the following cases:
1. Special promotional rates offering additional discounts (For instance, promotional codes)
2. If the search date when the lower public rate was found on another channel varies from the search/booking date of the booking made on Jazhotels.com
3. Any rates found on websites that package the hotel room and other travel components such as flights, car rental, tours, etc.
4. Rates which are not publicly available, such as corporate negotiated rates or closed user groups, convention and/or event rates which are specifically agreed to by Jaz Hotel Group to groups or
5. Rates quoted on direct / electronic mail solicitations, etc.
6. Pre-paid rates which involve a voucher to be redeemed at the hotel.
Currency and Rate Difference:
If a Third- Party channel rate is listed in a currency other than that of the eligible booking, the Jaz Team will convert the rate into currency of the eligible booking, the rate of exchange will be the one applicable on the Jaz Website at the time when the booking was made. Differences in rates related to currency fluctuations shall not be considered for the Best Rate Guarantee.
The Best Rate Guarantee will be applicable in cases where the difference in rates is at least 10%.
If the rate reserved under an eligible booking on Jazhotels.com is 100 USD,
The rate found must be at least 10 USD less: 90 USD.
Procedure for claiming the “BEST RATE GUARANTEE”:
Once the conditions highlighted above are met, one must share the
1. Completed Claim Form with all the required fields.
2. A screen capture displaying both the date of capture and the lowest price found on the Third-party channel.
3. The screen capture must clearly show the date of stay, the number of people, inclusions, hotel name and the terms and conditions offered on the Third-party channel.
Incomplete forms will not be considered for the Best Rate Guarantee. Jaz Hotels will not be liable for any errors or incomplete information provided by the customer.
1. In case the booking is found eligible, and if no pre-payment has been made, the rate lowered by 10% and confirmed by the Jaz Hotels team will be billed by the hotel on departure.
2. In case the booking is found eligible, and if pre-payment has been made, the refund will be made by the hotel on departure or adjusted in the final billing amount.
Jaz Hotels cannot be made liable for cancelation costs that may arise following the cancelation of a booking on any third-party channel and cannot be held responsible.
Jaz Hotel Group reserve the right to modify The Jaz Hotel Group Best Rate Guarantee policy, or the extent of the benefit at any time, without any prior notice.
Jaz Hotel Group reserve the right to alter or withdraw The Jaz Hotel Group Best Rate Guarantee at any time.
All matters in connection with The Jaz Hotel Group Best Rate Guarantee Claim shall be governed by the laws of Egypt and courts in Cairo, Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect thereto.
